Subprocessor Information
How we use contracted subprocessors, and how to request the current register.

We use contracted subprocessors to help provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service, including authorized professional services. They may process Customer Personal Data only for the contracted purpose and on our instructions, under applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Current register
Customers and prospective customers may request the current register at support@theadspend.com. It identifies the relevant legal entities, processing purposes, and locations. We provide the information needed for applicable customer authorization, diligence, and data-protection requirements.
This overview is not a substitute for that register. Where a provider processes data only for a particular feature or professional-services engagement, the register identifies that limitation. Affiliates and contractors do not receive data for independent advertising, generalized model training, or use for another customer.
Changes and objections
We provide advance notice of subprocessor additions and replacements as described in the Data Processing Agreement, including its objection procedure. Customers may contact support@theadspend.com to designate a notice recipient or request the current information.
Independent providers
A connected platform or payment processor may act as an independent controller for its own purposes rather than as our subprocessor. The Privacy Policy explains the relevant disclosures and roles.
